Returning Goods: What You Need to Know

If you decide to return the goods, you have a convenient 30 days from delivery to do so. Just write to us at support@matohome.co.uk, include your order number and the reason for the return, and we will guide you through the entire process.

Please ensure that the returned products are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Without these conditions, it would be difficult for us to process your return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns after the 30-day period has expired. So if you are considering a return, don't wait until the last minute. Returning a package? No problem, but please do so in a timely manner!

Returns Guide

Have you changed your mind and want to return the goods? That's fine. First, please write to us at support@matohome.co.uk. Include your order number and the reason why you are returning the product in the email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the shipment without prior approval, so please wait for our instructions.

Once we approve the return, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please pack the goods carefully so that they are not damaged on the way back. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will make sure that the entire process is as smooth as possible.

When and How Will I Get My Money Back?

As soon as we receive the returned goods and check them, we will proceed with the refund. We will refund your money using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The entire process can take up to 7 days from the approval of the return, but don't worry, we will start working on it as soon as the package arrives. And some good news to finish with. We do not charge any unnecessary restocking fees

How to Cancel an Order Before It Ships

Have you changed your mind? If you want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible at support@matohome.co.uk. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it will unfortunately be too late to stop it. But if you contact us in time, we will do everything we can to make the change. A quick response is key!
