Return Window

You may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date. To start the return process, please contact us at support@matohome.co.uk. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first by sending an email to support@matohome.co.uk. Include your order details and the reason for the return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Please ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This may take up to 7 days from the date of approval. We do not apply any restocking fees.

Exchanges

Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem. Just contact us at support@matohome.co.uk with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, and the items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by emailing support@matohome.co.uk. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed and prepared for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact our customer support along with your order number to support@matohome.co.uk. We will check the details and let you know how the situation will be handled.
