Orders placed by 15:00 GMT will begin processing the same day.
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes between 3–6 working days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Procedure
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know that processing has started. This stage usually takes between 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is ready to go, we’ll send you another email containing your tracking information. You can track your order here. Delivery generally takes 3–6 working days (Monday to Friday) from the time your order is dispatched. We’re happy to provide free delivery on all purchases shipped within the United Kingdom.

Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected processing and delivery timeframe, please don’t worry. Sometimes delays happen—please allow an additional 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Be sure to check your tracking information during this time. If your parcel still hasn’t turned up, feel free to get in touch with us and include your order number so we can assist you further.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by emailing support@matohome.co.uk. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed and prepared for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.
